Global Learning Platform

We accompanied executives at Carrefour Group to learning expeditions in the US and Asia and created a live online sharing platform in order to facilitate shared learning amongst participants and their local teams.

In collaboration with WDHB, a global leader in experiential learning and learning expedition, we created "The Future of Retail".

The digital platform includes a live blog, videos and articles on topics like Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Centricity, Business Model Change and many deep dives on tools and methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean and Agile Development.

We accompanied executives to Learning Expeditions to the USA, Japan, China, Taiwan and Singapore, working directly with executives to further develop the platform on the go.
