Claudio Mascolo

Claudio's career started in PR as a press officer and communications consultant both in-house and on agency side. To escape copywriting, he went on to study Filmmaking from the London Met Film School. He soon got pulled back into writing and editing running the film production and consultancy Aria Films in London where he collaborated as a story and script editor with international writing and directing talent. Since starting All Might Change, he works as a creative consultant, media producer, and facilitator with a focus on internal communications and storytelling in leadership development.

Serge Honegger

Serge Honegger worked as a communication specialist and artistic consultant for renowned cultural institutions like Zurich Opera, Berlin State Opera, Watermill Center New York, Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich. His interdisciplinary PhD-Project Control and Deflection at the University of St.Gallen, was published in 2019. His research is focused on managerial practices in the arts and scenario planning for organisations. He is currently Head Dramaturg for the Munich State Ballet.
